1. Introduction

This website (www.verydemureprints.com) hosts both:

  • Very Demure Prints – original poster artwork, designed in Portugal and fulfilled via trusted print partners across the EU.

  • The Spicy Mango Lifestyle Collection – our curated line of jewellery, scarves, pouches, graphic tees, sweaters, and seasonal drops, stocked and shipped directly from Portugal.

By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.

 


2. Cookies & Privacy

We use cookies to make your browsing experience smoother, track traffic, and show you relevant content. You may disable cookies, but parts of the site may not function properly.

We collect some personal data (like your name, email, address, and payment details) when you make a purchase or sign up for updates. We treat your data with respect, in line with our [Privacy Policy], and comply fully with GDPR.

 


3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in EUR (€). We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring billing and shipping details are correct at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other major providers.

 


4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Very Demure Prints Posters – fulfilled via print partners in the EU to keep costs low and delivery fast. Production & dispatch: 2–4 business days.

  • Spicy Mango Lifestyle Collection – if the item is marked In Stock, we hold it in Portugal and dispatch within 24 hours via CTT (Portugal). Delivery: 2–7 business days within the EU (average 2–4)

Pre-Orders: Some Spicy Mango items are offered as pre-orders. These require 3–7 business days processing before dispatch unless stated otherwise on the product page.

You will receive a tracking number for all orders.

 


5. Duties, Taxes & Fees

  • EU orders: generally duty-free within the EU.

  • If your country unexpectedly applies duties/taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Courier costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.


6. Returns, Cancellations & Order Issues

  • Posters: Made-to-order and cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Lifestyle Collection: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Return of package is at the customers cost.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Cancellations: Once production or dispatch has started, we cannot cancel an order.

 


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier and neighbours first. We are not liable for stolen packages but will help investigate where possible.

 


8. Sustainability Commitment

We take pride in sourcing responsibly, minimising waste, and packaging with care. Posters are printed as close to the customer as possible, while lifestyle items are sourced with sustainability in mind and shipped directly from Portugal.

 


9. Intellectual Property

All poster artwork is original and owned by Very Demure Prints. All photography, branding, and designs used across both collections remain the property of Very Demure Prints & The Spicy Mango Collection. Please do not copy or resell without written permission.

 


10. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, but:

  • We cannot guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., courier delays, missed gifting deadlines).

  • Use of this website is at your own risk.

 


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the new version.
