Good things take time—but not too much! We package every order with care before it heads out the door.

Posters (Very Demure Prints Collection): Printed on demand by our trusted European partners and usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Lifestyle Products (Spicy Mango Collection): Jewelry, scarves, pouches, sweaters, and more ship directly from our studio in the Algarve, Portugal. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Pre-Orders: Some lifestyle items may be offered as pre-orders, which take around 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the individual product page.

The Fine Print

Courier fees start at €4.95 (small tracked parcel) and are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can stalk its every move.

Make sure your shipping details are correct—we can’t be responsible if your parcel takes a scenic route because of a typo.

If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, please check with your local courier or neighbors first.
Returns & Order Issues
We’re all about love at first sight—but here’s how it works if something isn’t quite right:

Posters: Because each print is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Lifestyle Products: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Return Charges are for the Customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Email us at info@verydemureprints.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Send photos so we can work our magic and sort it out ASAP.
Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is in production or has shipped, it’s locked in—so please double-check your order before hitting that button.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order goes MIA in transit, we’ll help track it down. But once it’s marked as delivered, we can’t be held responsible for missing or stolen items.
Refunds
If your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Courier costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
